Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechAltium's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

TechAltium provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development
• Cloud solutions and infrastructure
• Database design and optimization
• DevOps and automation services
• Consulting and technical advisory

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due according to project milestones or upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. TechAltium retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development process.

Limitation of Liability

TechAltium's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those specified in individual agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed and delivery of materials, are specified in individual project agreements.
